A Family Session
Option 1
Sessions can take place anywhere and we’ll take whatever time we need to get the best possible images.**
You’ll have both of us on site with Stephanie there to assist with the children, lighting and logistics as needed to take any strain off of you.
Photos are edited and ready to view within 72 hours
Your family will also recive a hand made archival album with every session so you don’t have to choose what gets saved and printed, everything is archived for your family in a book that will last generations.
We include a consultation with every shoot if you want our advice on styling, location and time of day
High resolution images are included on a private website to download or share with the family
Wall prints, gifts, frames and other products are available to purchase after the shoot
Also know that our policy is always that we want you to love your photos so we always leave it open for you to have a re-shoot at no cost if they don’t come out as you hoped. This doesn’t happen often but there are challenges we sometimes have to deal with on a specific day including weather, kids being tired or sick, logistics with a location etcetera that we can’t overcome and we don’t want that to be a reason you don’t have the family portrait you want. So, even if we attempt a shoot and things don’t turn out in some way we’re happy to try again.*

Products
We offer a huge selection of custom artwork for your home including museum grade framed prints, face mounted acrylic masterpieces, canvas gallery wraps and one of a kind handmade albums. We’re also always on hand to help you with grouping prints, choosing colors and sizes. All wall art comes with the digital files and a gift print.
A Look At Our Process
Pre-Consultation
The first step in the process of commissioning BWS is simply us getting to know your style, the dynamics of your family, and the type of work you’re interested in having us create. We go over locations, clothing, as well as set the date for the shoot. All of your questions and concerns should be taken care of before we shoot so your mind can be at ease on the day.
2. The Shoot
First we really believe in having us both on hand for your shoot. While I handle a lot of the photography, Stephanie is there to help with kids expressions, lighting and logistics. Having both of us makes for a very smooth shooting process and because we’ve already done our homework this is always the fun part, however we always remain adaptable and ready for any good or bad surprises. By knowing the type of artwork you want in advance we know where to spend the most time but we always find a way to give you additional options and pairings for other prints.
3. The Reveal
About a week after the session we'll reveal the final images on your private website. At this point we feel like things are just half way done because we’ll be there with you every step of the way as we assist with any prints you need and finish your custom family photo album.
